Some privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. At tek54 there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do it.
Our commitment
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.
Exercising your rights
Even though we do not sell or share your data, you can still ask us to access or delete any personal information associated with you — for example, a newsletter subscription. Email privacy@tek54.com from the address concerned, and we will verify and action your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorisation and verify your identity directly before acting.
If the law changes
